BS. Exercise Physiology, Licensed Massage Therapist, CSCS
Originally from Cartago, Costa Rica, Chris moved to the U.S. after high school and discovered his passion for movement and human performance while studying Exercise Physiology. That passion drives him to continually expand his knowledge and skills to help people move better and stronger every day.
Certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the CSCS certification is a gold standard for professionals who train athletes to perform at their best. Chris also holds a license in massage therapy.
Combining science-backed performance training, physiological monitoring, manual therapy, and lifestyle coaching, Chris creates personalized plans that help clients overcome pain, break through plateaus, and return to the activities they love.
He also trains athletes at all levels, helping them improve performance, prevent injury, and reach their peak on the field, court, or track.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys listening to audiobooks, watching Marvel movies and Dragon Ball, hiking with his wife, and trying new restaurants around town.
